We’re at 989 Pacific Highway, Chatswood, on the corner of Pacific Highway and William Street, inside the heritage-listed Seymour’s Building.

Parking: Free street parking is available nearby on William Street, Wyvern Avenue, and Findlay Avenue. Some spaces have a 2-hour limit while others are untimed.

Public Transport: We’re within walking distance of both Chatswood and Roseville train stations, and close to several bus stops.

Every session includes full access to the mineral pool, sauna, steam room, cold plunges, the Placebo Bar and our relaxation spaces. Filtered still and sparkling water, plus Australian-made body wash, shampoo and conditioner, are provided.

Quiet sessions run Tuesday to Friday 7–9am, plus our Sleep Session Thursdays 6:30–9pm. During these times the bathhouse is a peaceful, reflective space, with voices kept to a whisper. Outside these hours it’s a calm, social atmosphere.

Appropriate swimwear is required (no nudity, and no cotton tops in the facilities). Bring a towel, or hire a plush one on arrival for $4. Everything else is provided, including filtered water, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

We’re happy to accommodate walk-ins when we can, but bookings are recommended to guarantee your preferred time. No payment is required to book. We simply hold your card to confirm.

The bathhouse is 18+. Guests aged 16–17 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian. We hold a maximum of 30 guests at any time, so there’s always room to stretch out.

Gift vouchers can be purchased online for any dollar amount, are valid for 3 years, and are redeemed by entering your voucher code when you book. They can’t be exchanged for cash.
