• Technical and usage data — such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited — collected automatically through analytics and our hosting provider to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
• Manage your bookings, purchases and gift cards.
• Send you marketing about offers, events and updates — only where you have opted in — which you can stop at any time.

Marketing & opt-out

When you join our mailing list you are opting in to receive marketing emails and SMS from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any marketing SMS, or email us to be removed at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed to provide our services:

• Zenoti — our booking, guest and marketing system.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and enquiry emails.
• Twilio — delivery of SMS messages.
• Google Analytics — website analytics.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery and security.

Overseas disclosure

Some of the providers above store or process data on servers located outside Australia (including the United States). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled securely and consistently with this policy.
